How does a contract subscription work?
The subscription to our trainings start when the customer signs the contract. From that moment, we will start providing trainings automatically to the employees provided by the customer, and to those added later on.
How many employees are included in a subscription?
We do not have a limit. You may add and delete employees as you wish. Every month, the training cycle shall send courses to the designated employees as appearing in the dashboard.
Does every employee start at the same time?
No, every employee starts when they are added by their employer. Employees that are added later on will start their training cycle at another time.
How much does it cost per employee?
We charge per employee, and may provide discounts per volume. Please reach out for a cost estimate.
Can trainings be customised per department?
This is possible for an extra cost. We usually design trainings for company-wide businesses, and use practical scenarios from the sector you are in. After all, it would be just as useful for your IT manager to recognise a data subject right request, as it is for your customer service agent.
How do you add new employees?
Go to your management dashboard and click “add employee”.
If you run into trouble or the employee does not appear after a few minutes, or after refreshing the page, please contact us for assistance!
How do you delete employees from the subscription list?
Go to your management dashboard and click “delete employee”.
Once removed, the employee will no longer be contacted by Ensuredly, but they will still appear in the logs for trainings completed.

Can I change my subscription half-way through?
Of course! We are very personal and love to help tailor our product to the best fit for your business. We cannot guarantee any money back, but shoot us an email for any changes and will always be happy to find solutions for you.
Can we request specific customisations?
Yes, of course! Send us everything you like included.
We cannot guarantee all customisation requests will be included into the price, but for an additional charge we can customise our entire training program based on your internal policies.
